O-ring Seal for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

O rings
High-Performance O-Ring Seals

Applications
O-Rings are versatile seals used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, trusted across aerospace and automotive industries.

Specifications
Offered in multiple materials and sizes, capable of operating across wide temperature and pressure ranges.

Certifications
Manufactured to meet industry sealing standards.

O-Rings are circular cross-section rubber seals used to block various fluids and gases.
As the most common sealing method, they are installed in a gland between stationary metal components to prevent leakage. O-Rings are also used in lightweight mechanical belt applications.

Key Features and Benefits:

  • Provides stable sealing over a wide range of pressure, temperature, and tolerance.

  • Easy to maintain without retightening or lubrication; typically reusable.

  • Can be installed without damaging surrounding components, saving space and weight.

  • Long lifespan comparable to rubber aging cycles, with gradual wear that allows for early issue detection.

  • Designed to allow metal contact, ensuring stability even with variable compression rates.

  • Cost-effective sealing solution applicable across a wide range of industries.

O-Ring Standard Comparison:

There are several common standards for O-rings, including AN (AS568), P, G, S, and V. Each standard is used in different regions and applications.

  • AN / AS568 is the American standard, widely used in aerospace and industrial fields.                        It uses inch-based sizes and has a broad range of standardized dimensions.

  • P standard is part of Japan’s JIS B 2401 series.                                                                                        It is used for dynamic sealing, such as in moving parts, and follows metric (mm) dimensions.

  • G standard is for static sealing in holes (bores).                                                                                        It is also part of the JIS standard and uses metric sizes.

  • S standard is designed for static sealing on shafts.                                                                            Like the G type, it follows the JIS metric system.

  • V standard is used for vacuum applications.                                                                                             It has a thicker cross-section to ensure better sealing in high-vacuum conditions.

We offer a wide range of sizes and material combinations to suit your needs.
